Envired at the D&T Show, Birmingham NEC

This was the first year that Envired had a stand at the D&T show. It was lovely to meet everyone that visited the stand.

If you would like the free sustainable design power point that was given out at the show then please email me with your name, position and school and I will email it to you.

I am afraid that I couldn't read a few email addresses that people left. If you were at the show and left your details and haven't yet received the power point then please email me again and I will get it to you.

copyrightEco Fair project at Ravensbourne School

A 6 week programme written for Ravensbourne School in Bromley where students were given a brief to design and make new products from waste, over 9 lessons.

Students initially worked with a practicing designer who presented examples of her work.

A full SoW was written for the department and resources provided so that teachers could deliver the programme.

This project was written for the full year 8 cohort over all material disciplines. The project concluded in the students running an Eco Fair to sell the products to raise money. Students raised over £300 pounds which was then given to a chosen charity.
